Osprey

For a couple of weeks we had seen and could hear an osprey airplane at the Logan Airport, so one morning after running I came home and woke everyone up and headed over there.

This is what we saw. It was pretty far away, but they were taxing it back to the hanger.

So we got closer

And even closer when we were told that we could come inside the fence to take a look

And even closer when they let us go inside and have a peek

So fun!

Splash Pad

We have gone to the splash pad in Providence a couple times and the kids seem to have so much fun, even when its raining!

And because it was raining this day we were the only ones there!

Shooting

Jeff recently bought a new gun, so we decided to go shooting.

We taught the kids some gun safety and showed them how to use the gun and let them have at it!

My turn with the 45, I liked shooting the cricket more, but I think that's only because I couldn't seem to hit what I was aiming for with the 45.

4th of July

This year our HOA put on a big party for the neighborhood. It was lots of fun, face painting, bounce house, bike parade, volleyball, basketball, hulu hoop contest, frozen t-shirt contest, food, fireworks, and friends! I never seem to take any pictures, bummer!

I stood in line with Spencer for so long that he fell asleep, but I still had them paint his face. The woman who painted his face said that he was her best costumer of the the day ;)!

Over all it was a fun day. We even won a free meal at Texas Roadhouse, Timmy was super excited about that. Texas Roadhouse is his favorite! We are looking forward to doing it again next year.
